Barry Lebow
|
Barry Lebow, Professional Land Economist-Arbitrator and Mediator, started in real estate as a sales professional in 1968. He has demonstrated experience in areas including real estate evaluation, brokerage, construction and renovation, mediation, arbitration, mortgage brokerage and education. A long-time TREB Member, for over 41 years he has been active in many areas of the industry from real estate and mortgage brokerage to renovation and appraisal. He has appeared in court as an expert witness on more than 500 occasions as well as at numerous hearings and tribunals. Barry has been first-vice president of the Ontario Mortgage Brokers Association, President of the Society of Mortgage Counsellors and a national director of the Real Estate Institute of Canada.

Bill Johnston
|
Bill Johnston is the Past President of the Toronto Real Estate Board. Bill is a two-time winner of The Real Estate Institute of Canada’s Morguard Literary Award (1998 & 2002) for papers on disclosure and negotiation. He received his M.A. in Clinical Psychology from the University of British Columbia in 1976, and his law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1980. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 1982 and has been a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada ever since. Bill entered the real estate brokerage profession in 1982, and he has enjoyed a successful career in sales and management. He has written many courses and articles, and has delivered seminars to thousands of REALTORS.

Utilizing his business background in Marketing and certifications in Graphic Design and Computer Programming, Pedro is directly responsible for the office: technology integration, marketing development and overall growth strategies.
