Question: How do I create better Buyer Presentations?
Answer: You create the perfect and persuasive presentation to your potential buyers with the use of several online resources available to you for free.
RE/MAX has tools, templates, and documents on their www.bestagent.ca website. Once logged in, click on the “Buyers Assistant” tab. Under this tab, you will find a sample RE/MAX Buyer Presentation to download and personalize. RE/MAX has created a useful guide to teach you “How to make Buyer Presentation package”. There are also postcards and a “Smart Renos” brochure that you can download. These are useful as they tell buyers the rate of return for particular renovations that they choose to do (i.e. kitchen upgrades, fresh coat of paint, new flooring, etc.).
As mentioned last week, our office Intranet website also has similar tools, Presentation samples, and reports that you can use. To access our Intranet:
- Visit: www.remaxcrossroads.ca
- Click on “Intranet” at the bottom of the homepage
- Enter your login info. (If you don’t know your login, please contact front desk).
Once login, browse through “Buyer & Seller Assistant”, and “Graphics, Logos & Flyers” categories to the left of the homepage. Take full advantage of these free downloadable materials as we have uploaded and created them exclusively for our office agents!
